If you’re anything like me – well the 2014 version of me, then the word SALES makes you feel anxious, panicked, clueless…. gross.
I found the fix for all of that and today I want to share it with you.
This exact time last year I was rolling around in my business frustrated that we were working too hard for too little money. The clients were rolling in but I was too scared to charge them properly in case they said “Ooh no, I can’t afford it” or “I’ve had a cheaper quote and I think I’m going to go with them”.
It was scary. The idea that I had to actually sell in my business hadn’t really occurred to me until I had a conversation with one of my biz buddies who had taken Kendrick Shope’s Sales School the previous year. She explained how the class had transformed her from someone who felt sick at the mention of selling – into someone who was being asked for sales coaching because she was now so freaking awesome at it!
It doesn’t take a genius to realise that something good was in store here – so I jumped in with both feet. (You can read all about my experience here).
